The Self Coaching Programmes are designed to engage, encourage and entice you to realise the optimal way for you to get through a particular problem.

They typically take a few hours to work through (some are longer than others) and are designed to be easy to follow but also substantial enough to incite a significant outcome.

Keep in mind that (as with most things in life) the more you put in, the more you get out!

A great resource to get you started, the self coaching guide maps out a proper coaching model that many professional coaches use as a blueprint on which to build.

It poses insightful questions that you can use to really delve deep. When it’s used properly it provides a meaningful, astute and illuminating base which you can then use to affect real change.

Many of my clients began their journey by downloading this guide, acquired some insight, and then wanted someone to help them through the change they were looking to make, or situation they were forced to face.

the Career guide – Motivation Tests
The motivation test is about what you want to do.
It matches your interests to an occupation, to see where your major interests lie at this time.
This works for those of you just getting started and for those looking for a second career, or a career change.

You can use your results, in combination with the Aptitude & Personality test results, and the Profile Matching guide to get some answers.

the Career guide – Aptitude Tests
The aptitude test is about what you do best.
It will evaluate your way of reasoning, which will then connect to an area of work.
The point of the exercises will be to ask yourself what your results mean, and the aim is then to make you think about what you do relatively well and not so well.

You can use your results, in combination with the Personality & Motivation test results, and the Profile Matching guide to get some answers.

the Career guide – Personality Tests
The personality test is about how you do it.
It provides you with a scheme for understanding your personality so you can direct yourself more effectively.
Understanding your personality will be helpful to your career selection and to gaining the most from what you choose to do and from the people you’ll work with.

You can use your results, in combination with the Aptitude & Motivation test results, and the Profile Matching guide to get some answers.

the Career guide – Profile Matching

You can use this in two ways – Looking down the list of careers and checking out what characteristics are required and seeing if yours match.
Or looking down the pattern of characteristics, stopping at those occupations which seem to closely match your own.

You can use your results from the Personality, Aptitude and Motivation tests, to get answers from the Profile Matching section of the guide.
